Singapore probes blaze at Ferris wheel

Singapore Civil Defense Force rescuers lower a passenger stuck in the capsule after the world's largest observation wheel, the Singapore Flyer, ground to a halt Tuesday. A fire in the control room shut down the 42-story-high observation wheel, leaving about 175 tourists stuck for six hours. Officials began yesterday to investigate the accident.
